Privacy policy

Updated 11 October 2026. This policy explains how Grace Gallery uses information submitted through this website. Privacy requests: hello@itsallgoodgrace.com. Our contact locations are listed in the legal notice.

Information and purposes

Enquiries: name, email, message and any optional details you provide, used to answer your request and discuss artwork or exhibitions. Depending on the request, the basis is steps before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.

Artist submissions: contact details, website, Instagram, location and portfolio PDF, used to assess possible collaboration and respond to your proposal. The basis is steps requested before a possible agreement and our legitimate interest in reviewing professional proposals.

Mailing list: your email address, used to send gallery news and invitations with your consent. Joining the list is optional. Withdraw consent by replying to a gallery email or emailing us; this does not affect prior lawful processing.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. It measures visits, pages, approximate location, device information and traffic sources. Advertising features are disabled. Use Cookie settings in the footer to reject or withdraw analytics consent. See our cookie policy.

Artist videos

Some artist pages contain YouTube or Vimeo videos. These players load automatically when an artist page opens, and may send browser and playback information to the video provider. Playback starts muted, subject to browser autoplay settings. YouTube uses its privacy-enhanced domain and Vimeo is requested with do-not-track enabled. Google Analytics is controlled separately by the cookie banner. Joe’s video is hosted directly by the gallery.

Instagram feed

The homepage offers a feed of @itsallgoodgrace posts through Behold. It loads automatically on the homepage. Loading the feed sends your IP address and browser request information to Behold and the image hosts. Opening a post takes you to Instagram, which uses its own privacy policy. Images link to their original Instagram posts.

Services and recipients

Website hosting uses ChatGPT Sites / Cloudflare infrastructure. Forms and portfolio attachments are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to our email inbox. Email is hosted by BanaHosting. Optional analytics uses Google Analytics. Service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; Contact us for information about the providers used and applicable international transfer arrangements. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep enquiry and submission information for as long as needed to assess and respond, and for any subsequent professional relationship or applicable legal obligations. Mailing-list information is retained until you unsubscribe or the list is discontinued. You can request deletion of information no longer needed. FormSubmit states that it retains text submissions for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files; delivered copies remain in our inbox.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@itsallgoodgrace.com with your request. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your relevant supervisory authority.

Providing information

Required form fields are needed to process that request; optional fields may be left blank. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in portfolios or messages. This website does not use automated decisions about artist representation.
